Provide crisis intervention and support as needed. Collaborate with patients and their families to develop individualized care plans, including pharmacologic treatment, psychotherapy, medical evaluations, and school-based interventions. Maintain accurate and compliant medical records in accordance with clinical and legal standards. Participate in after-hours phone coverage on a rotational basis (approximately every 8-10 weeks). Work closely within a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, advanced practitioners, and therapy providers. Engage in teaching and mentorship opportunities, contributing to trainee education and collaborative care initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr Trinity Health
