Phlebotomist

Location and Schedule Milford, OH 45150, 83 Powhatton Dr. Work Schedule: Monday‑Friday 7:00am‑1:00pm; rotating Saturdays 7:30am‑12:00pm. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Enter patient data accurately and timely. Process billing information and collect payments as necessary. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to patients. Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed. Travel to additional sites when necessary. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Phlebotomy certification or completed training program. Three (3) months or more experience as a phlebotomist. Preferred Qualifications One (1) year or more of phlebotomy experience. Accredited agency certification is preferred. Additional Job Standards Strong track record in providing exceptional customer service. Strong communication skills (written & verbal). Ability to work independently or in a team. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Reliable transportation. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test. Pay and Incentives Pay Range: $17.75 - $25.92 per hour. Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
