What You’ll Bring:

• Experience or strong interest in school-based occupational therapy

• Ability to organize and manage a caseload efficiently, maintaining lawful compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs and district standards
• Develop and implement interventions supporting academic and functional skill development
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom
• Monitor student progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide ongoing documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans
• Maintain accurate records in line with all legal and school requirements
