Growing company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Quotation Specialist to join their dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the quotation process, ensuring accuracy, and facilitating seamless communication between our sales team and clients. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining accurate and competitive quotations for potential clients, reviewing customer inquiries and specifications to develop customized quotes, ensuring quotations are in line with company pricing and policies, maintaining a database of standard pricing and product information, acting as the liaison between the sales team and customers to clarify quotation details and answer inquiries, collaborating with the sales team to gather information necessary for creating quotations, providing prompt responses to customer requests for quotes, modifications, or clarifications, maintaining organized records of all quotations, including revisions and communications, updating and managing the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date customer information, generating reports on quotation activities and conversion rates, proactively following up on quotations to understand the status of pending deals, supporting the sales team in tracking and managing sales leads, assisting in developing strategies to convert quotations into sales orders, identifying areas for process improvement in the quotation process and proposing solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline and enhance the quotation process.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field, proven experience in a sales administrative or quotation specialist role, strong proficiency particularly in Excel, exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines, and a customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
