Production Supervisor

Job Title: 2nd Shift Production Supervisor Location: Fullerton, CA Employment Type: Direct Hire Industry: Food Manufacturing Compensation: $80,000–$85,000 annually Schedule: 2nd shift Job Summary LHH is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join a food manufacturing company in Fullerton. This direct‑hire role is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, with a strong focus on cold room environments. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, safety‑driven, bilingual in Spanish and English, and comfortable leading teams during early morning operations.
