I opened my agency in 2025 after spending six years on Wall Street, bringing a strong background in financial strategy and risk management into agency ownership. What drew me into this role was the opportunity to help people build and protect things that truly matter. I’m a graduate of Cornell University and have traveled to more than 50 countries, experiences that shaped my perspective and appreciation for long-term planning and meaningful relationships. Our team currently includes three members, and we’re focused on building a strong foundation as we grow.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Fernando Cevallos - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
