If you live in one of these communities and you're an experienced professional caregiver , we'd really like to find you.

Because here's the situation:

We have seniors who need great caregivers in these areas.

We have great caregivers in Tucson.

And absolutely nobody is excited about driving an hour each way for a caregiving shift.

So we're doing something about it.

We Want LOCAL Caregivers

We're building our Caregiver Registry in SaddleBrooke, Catalina, Oracle, San Manuel and surrounding communities so we can match local caregivers with local seniors.

Imagine this:

Leave your house.

Drive 10–15 minutes.

See a client you actually like.

Provide excellent care.

Go home.

Revolutionary, right?

Less time driving means more time working, more time living, and considerably less time wondering why everyone on Oracle Road suddenly forgot how to drive.

But We Need the REAL Caregivers.

We're not looking for someone who just thinks caregiving “sounds nice.”

We need experienced, professional caregivers who know what they're doing.

The kind of caregiver who can walk into a client's home, assess the situation, and confidently provide excellent care.

We're especially interested in caregivers experienced with:

• Dementia and Alzheimer's care
• Personal care, bathing and dressing
• Transfers and mobility assistance
• Fall-risk clients
• Parkinson's care
• Hospice and end-of-life care
• Meal preparation and household support
• Companionship and long-term senior care

Before You Hit APPLY...

Ask yourself:

Do you have 5-10 years of professional in-home caregiving experience OR 5-10 years of solid facility experience?

Do you have a reliable vehicle, current auto insurance and valid driver's license?

Can you pass a background check?

Are you dependable?

Do you show up ON TIME?

Do you communicate when something changes?

And here's the big one...

If We Text You, Will You Text Us Back?

We're not needy. We promise.

But seniors and their families are depending on you.

So if you're running late, something changes, or there's an issue with your client, communication isn't optional.

We're looking for caregivers who take their commitments seriously.

If you say you're going to be there Tuesday at 9:00...

We'd really love for Tuesday at 9:00 to involve you actually being there.

Wild concept, we know.
