Workday Analyst

We are looking for a Workday Consultant to implement, configure, and support Workday HCM and related modules. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, provide solutions, and ensure smooth system performance. Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure Workday HCM modules based on business requirements. Work on integrations, data loads, and system updates. Support end-to-end Workday deployments and enhancements. Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions. Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing production support. Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy, security, and system compliance. Required Qualifications: 3-8 years of experience in Workday implementation or support. Hands-on experience in Workday HCM (Core HR, Recruitment, Compensation, or Payroll). Knowledge of Workday reporting and integrations (EIB, Studio, APIs preferred). Strong understanding of HR processes. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in global or enterprise-level implementations. Certifications: Workday certification is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
