Active Life Insurance Client Manager

Seeking a dedicated Client Experience Manager, the full-time remote position will focus on managing a portfolio of existing clients and past prospects, fostering relationships through proactive communication and service, and driving new business opportunities in the life insurance sector. Key responsibilities Engage in frequent phone conversations with clients to maintain relationships and identify new opportunities Conduct policy reviews and coordinate client service with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction Request referrals from satisfied clients and follow up diligently to convert them into new business Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or client relationships, preferably in insurance or financial services Proven track record of meeting sales targets while maintaining client satisfaction Active life insurance license or willingness to obtain one within 60 days Familiarity with whole life insurance or Infinite Banking concepts is advantageous Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, is preferred
