Social Services Director - Nurse Manager

Responsibilities Responsible for planning, developing, organizing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the Social Services department. Ensure compliance with National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Code of Ethics and relevant guidelines. Foster a climate that enables residents to maximize their individuality, independence, and dignity. Identify psychosocial, mental, and emotional needs and provide appropriate services.
