Time Type: Full time Remote Type: Job Family Group: Market Operations Job Description Summary: The maintenance supervisor directs and coordinates activities of workers engaged in repair, maintenance, and installation of conveyor systems, material handling equipment, and in maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utility systems of Breakthru Beverage. Job Description: Schedule Monday - Friday, 9 am start Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills, and prior relevant experience. Compensation Salary: $70,304.00 - $90,000.00 This position is eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan. Benefits Medical (HMO & PPO), Dental, Vision (PPO)401(k) matching. Annual PTO Accrual and holidays Rollover Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Free Life and AD&D Insurance Employee Assistance Program Job Responsibilities: Prepares department budget and monitors expenditure of funds in budget, as well as maintaining and inventorying all applicable parts needed to perform preventative functions of the conveyor system. Reviews job orders and schedules preventative maintenance functions in activity software to determine work priorities. Schedules repair, maintenance, preventative maintenance and installation of the conveyor system, tools, material handling equipment, and transportation equipment to ensure continuous production operations. Manage recruiting, hiring, training, recognition, and ongoing development of teams across multiple states and sites. Conduct performance evaluations, coaching interviewing, disciplinary actions, and initiate salary actions for their team. Directs workers and contractors engaged in maintaining the building and grounds of Breakthru Beverage. Ensures the building (interior and exterior) and grounds are maintained, which entails daily and weekly cleaning schedules as well as determining and scheduling repairs, renovation projects, waste reduction, improvements, and safety inspections. Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience Minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance related fields Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines Analytic and Reporting skills Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment Preferred Qualifications: Technical knowledge of electrical, hydraulic systems, facilities management, grounds keeping, plumbing, carpentry, equipment repair and general maintenance practices Experience in leadership and managerial/supervision Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone Competencies: May help coordinate the work of junior members of the team. Resolves issues which are often varied and non-routine. Undertakes analysis and investigation to solve issues.
