Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Location Highlights

Tomah offers convenient access to outdoor recreation and regional travel routes. The city is near the Elroy-Sparta State Trail and the La Crosse River State Trail, with Sparta located about 20 miles west and known as the Bicycle Capital of America.
