Contributing to exceptional claims service, the full-time Inside Claims Representative II will adjust moderately complex auto and property claims through telephone and written correspondence while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and interpret policy wordings to determine coverage Investigate losses, evaluate information from various sources, and negotiate with insureds and claimants Maintain accurate records and stay updated on legislative changes and industry trends Required qualifications Minimum 2 years of insurance adjusting experience Working toward Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation College/University degree preferred Strong investigative and analytical skills Effective customer service skills with empathy for customers
