Come join the Certified Alarm Systems team! We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Customer Service & Renewals Representative who loves helping people and wants a stable, long-term career with a great team.
What you’ll do:
• Answer and route incoming calls
• Help existing customers with account, billing & service questions
• Contact customers about agreement renewals
• Assist customers purchasing alarm system parts at our front window
• Keep customer information accurate and up to date

Certified Alarm Systems | Denham Springs, LA
Customer service, receptionist, or office experience is a plus. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, willing to learn, and ready to become part of our team!
