What You'll Do Apply core content strategy principles, encompassing planning, creation, and governance, to deliver high-quality user experiences that resonate. Architect user experiences collaboratively with designers and product partners, laying the essential groundwork for alignment, prototyping, visual design, and content design. Produce high-quality UX content, rapidly integrating feedback, adeptly identifying and resolving content design challenges, and consistently meeting both business objectives and user needs. Ensure all content aligns seamlessly with business requirements and user needs, directly supporting core strategic objectives. Inform every content decision through robust data analysis, thorough research, and meticulous planning. Craft new content according to established UX writing standards and meticulously align or edit existing content to uphold these benchmarks. Lead impactful content reviews and skillfully influence stakeholders by articulating content design decisions with clear, compelling rationale. Oversee content direction and actively participate in, or lead, constructive peer reviews to ensure excellence. Proactively identify gaps in current UX writing standards and propose innovative, effective solutions to enhance our practices. Develop collaborative solutions within a cross-functional Agile team, thoughtfully considering the interplay across digital, physical, and service channels. Utilize precise problem definition techniques and data-driven insights to guide project requirements and scope. Facilitate dynamic ideation efforts, keeping the team focused on the core problem to solve and fostering collaborative "how might we" conversations. Lead critical reviews and drive decisive actions, embracing an iterative approach that prioritizes progress within established scope and budget. Proactively identify potential roadblocks and effectively communicate them to team or project leads, collaborating to find swift and effective solutions. Maintain the high standards set by the group, including channel standards, content standards, and our comprehensive design system. Lead projects across various UX disciplines to create truly seamless and intuitive user experiences. Work closely with teams to accurately estimate project completion based on task progress and resource availability. What You'll Bring 6+ years of dedicated content design experience focused on digital products or an equivalent background. An impressive online portfolio showcasing your thorough process and insightful design thinking. Extensive experience with all facets of a user-centered design process, including user research, developing intuitive user flows, creating effective wireframes, writing for accessibility, and crafting precise content specifications. Demonstrated experience working effectively in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team within an iterative process and an Agile development methodology. Strong self-management skills, comfort with substantial responsibility, and the proven ability to work directly with partners and expertly manage project schedules. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, FigJam, and Writer. Experience successfully running engaging design sessions with diverse cross-functional teams. An effective relationship builder, capable of partnering cross-functionally and working productively with various levels of the organization and diverse personality types. Comfort thriving in a dynamic, project-oriented work environment, consistently demonstrating a positive attitude and a solid work ethic. Nice-to-Have Qualifications 1+ year of specialized content design experience for touch-based mobile interfaces. 1+ year of practical conversational design experience.
