About Dear Charlotte

Dear Charlotte is a new Mediterranean-inspired rooftop restaurant, bar, and event destination coming to Charlotte's Steele Creek area. We're creating a high-energy dining experience featuring elevated food, cocktails, artisan pizzas, and a vibrant indoor/outdoor rooftop atmosphere.

We're building our kitchen team from the ground up and are looking for dependable, hardworking Line Cooks who want to be part of the opening team.

What You'll Do

Execute menu items with consistency, speed, and precision
Follow recipes, prep standards, and portion controls
Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked workstations
Complete daily prep and station setup
Communicate effectively with the kitchen team during service
Maintain proper food handling and sanitation standards
Support other stations and kitchen team members as needed
Help deliver a consistent, high-quality experience during every service

What You Bring

1+ year of professional kitchen experience preferred
Pizza experience strongly preferred
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and a team-first attitude
Ability to communicate clearly and work well under pressure
Pride in food quality, cleanliness, and consistency
