Position:  Engineering Technician
2 plus years of experience needed
Location : Austin, TX (onsite)
Type : 18-month contract
Pay : $23 to $26 per hour
New Hire Completion Bonus payout structure:
$500after successful completion of 90 day
$1,000after successful completion of 180 days

Key Responsibilities

• Perform testing and maintenance on Ion Implanters and RF Plasma Systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions
• Support engineers and scientists in R&D and production environments
• Conduct preventive maintenance and document activities
• Assist in setup and qualification of new semiconductor equipment

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in electronics, robotics, or related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in reading schematics and technical manuals
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Adherence to safety protocols and flexibility with shifts
