Financial Assistance RepresentativeThe Financial Assistance Representative is responsible for assisting patients with their medical bills to determine possibility of insurance eligibility; payment arrangement options or charity determination. The Financial Assistance Representative works very closely with the Business Office; the Clinics and the Eligibility Assistance Vendor.Job RequirementsMinimum EducationHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum Work ExperienceNo previous experienceRequired Licenses/CertificationsRequired Skills; Knowledge; and AbilitiesAnswer telephonesCompose letters/memorandumsCoordinate schedulesInput data into computer programsProofread documentsSchedule appointments
