What It Takes To Succeed With Us

High school diploma or GED required Previous clerical, administrative, or quality-related experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information professionally Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize quality records, reports, and documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards
• Enter, update, and verify data in quality management systems and spreadsheets
• Assist with document control, including revisions, tracking, and distribution
• Support quality audits by preparing files, records, and reports as requested
• Coordinate with quality, production, and management teams to ensure accurate information flow
• File, scan, and archive documents both electronically and physically
• Assist with nonconformance reports, corrective actions, and quality metrics tracking. Supports audit compliance (internal, customer, ISO/IATF/WPS)
• Perform general clerical duties such as copying, scheduling, and correspondence
