We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Solar Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you'll play a vital part in connecting residential and small business customers with the benefits of local community solar farms. Apply Today!
Responsibilities
- Engage with residential and small businesses across the IL territory
- Explain the financial & environmental benefits of community and rooftop solar
- Meet and exceed sales targets by converting prospects into subscribers
Requirements
- Previous sales experience preferred (energy sector a plus, but not required)
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable learning technical concepts
- Communicates well with others
- High school diploma
- Valid driver's license, preferred, but not required
We Offer
- W2 role - Minimum Draw during training ($16.50/field hour) + uncapped commissions!
- On-Target Earnings, Year 1: $75,000+
