Experienced Machine Operators Needed – Hiring ASAP

We are currently hiring experienced Machine Operators and dependable production labor workers for a dynamic manufacturing environment. This is a physically demanding position that requires employees to be comfortable with repetitive lifting, manual labor, and hand stacking pallet stock daily.

Candidates must be prepared to work in a hot plant environment throughout the summer months, as the facility is not air conditioned and has limited air circulation.

Great opportunity for anyone with experience in in Manufacturing, Production, Shipping, Warehouse, Light Industrial, Assembly, and other similar supporting positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machinery
• Monitor equipment and troubleshoot minor issues
• Perform basic machine maintenance and adjustments
• Hand stack pallet stock and assist with heavy manual labor
• Maintain quality standards and follow all safety procedures
• Work efficiently as part of a production team

Requirements

• Prior machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to perform intense physical labor throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in high-temperature conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to lift, stack, bend, and stand for extended periods
