Role Description
Buscamos un/a Full-Stack Developer con mentalidad de producto para unirse a un equipo de Tecnología y Producto, participando activamente en todo el ciclo de vida del desarrollo. Este no es un rol orientado a marketing ni a páginas web B2C — buscamos perfiles enfocados en producto, plataformas o sistemas internos.
- Horario: Lunes a viernes de 3:00 p.m. a 12:00 a.m. (hora España)
- Modalidad: 100% remoto
- Inicio: Lo antes posible
- Tipo de proyecto: Largo plazo
- Colaborar con equipos de producto y tecnología para diseñar, implementar y mejorar soluciones.
- Refinar tareas y proponer estrategias técnicas óptimas.
- Desarrollar aplicaciones modernas con React (hooks) y Next.js.
- Construir interfaces responsivas utilizando CSS y Tailwind.
- Crear y mantener APIs RESTful con Node.js y Express.
- Participar en procesos de CI/CD con GitHub Actions.
- Aplicar principios de arquitectura limpia y DDD.
- Participar activamente en discusiones técnicas y de producto.
- Monitorear y mejorar funcionalidades basadas en datos y feedback.
Qualifications
- 3 a 5 años de experiencia como Full-Stack Developer.
- Experiencia en desarrollo de producto, plataformas o sistemas internos.
- Dominio de:
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- React (hooks funcionales)
- Next.js
- Node.js + Express (APIs REST)
- Experiencia trabajando con Git y code reviews.
- Capacidad de autonomía técnica y participación en definición de soluciones.
- Comodidad trabajando con pair programming y feedback continuo.
- Español obligatorio.
