Conduct research on various commercial and residential properties to be developed and study economical, geographical and statistical data that would impact their development. Study the socio-economic impact of policies and population trends in specific areas to determine which geographic locations would provide the highest yield over time. Prepare reports with above findings and present to supervisor for approval.
