Focus

• Own a fast-moving customer queue across phone, email, text, and chat while keeping every interaction organized and responsive.
• Turn service questions into confirmed appointments by explaining options clearly, discussing pricing, and guiding customers toward the right solution.
• Recommend relevant add-on services when they fit the customer's needs, including vent, coil, and indoor-air-quality related work.
• Build efficient technician schedules by balancing geography, daily capacity, appointment requirements, and changing field conditions.
• Coordinate larger residential, multifamily, and commercial jobs, including access details, site contacts, timelines, and service documentation.
• Create and follow up on estimates, proposals, invoices, confirmations, and other customer-facing paperwork with strong attention to detail.
• Support the full payment cycle by taking payments, following up on open balances, and maintaining accurate account records.
• Resolve routine service concerns with sound judgment, clear communication, and ownership, escalating only when the situation requires it.

Skill Set

• Experience supporting a high volume of customers in a call center, service business, or similarly fast-paced environment.
• Confident phone communication and a natural ability to establish trust quickly with customers.
• Hands-on experience with dispatching, field-service scheduling, appointment setting, or calendar coordination.
• Comfort discussing service costs, identifying customer needs, and suggesting additional services without using a high-pressure approach.
• Strong CRM discipline, including accurate notes, complete job details, and dependable administrative follow-through.
• Ability to prioritize simultaneous calls, messages, calendars, technician requests, and customer follow-ups without losing accuracy.
• Willingness to make proactive outbound calls, confirm upcoming work, and professionally follow up on outstanding payments.
• Experience in home services, property services, restoration, maintenance, repair, or another appointment-driven environment is highly valued.
