Job Description:
Registered Nurse (RN) in Med/Surg Telemetry provides comprehensive care to patients with medical and surgical conditions requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. They assess patient conditions, administer medications, and interpret telemetry data to detect arrhythmias. RNs in this role collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans, ensuring optimal patient recovery. Their responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, educating patients, and coordinating discharge planning.
