General Manager General Manager: Managers will oversee all restaurant operations and team members. Managers provide leadership and motivation to ensure that all team members are guest-focused and team-focused. Managers set high standards and establish a positive work environment to create successful day‑to‑day operations. Lead your four‑wall operation like you own it – from people development, to inventory, labor, staffing, and accountability. Put the customer first – including your internal customers, your team. Must possess dexterity to handle tongs, pots/pans, and other equipment. Must be comfortable working in temperatures ranging from hot to cold. Must be comfortable working near open flames. May be required to work in tight spaces. Must maintain near‑constant communication with multiple people. Close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision are required. Must be able to sit, squat and kneel occasionally. Must be able to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. May be required to occasionally work in outdoor weather conditions. May stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
