Join an established retina-only practice in the Las Vegas/Henderson metro area as a fellowship-trained Vitreoretinal Surgeon. This opportunity offers immediate access to a strong referral network, significant surgical volume, and a clear path to partnership.

• Negotiable salary guarantee with production incentives
• First-year earning potential of 650,000-900,000+
• 1-year partnership track with partners earning 1M+ annually

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO with completion of a U.S.-based ophthalmology residency
• Completion of a Vitreoretinal fellowship
• Open to 2027 graduating fellows
