Job Description

Pioneer Family Practice seeks a BC/BE family physician for a 0.6 - 1.0 FTE position. This 5-physician independent practice provides family medicine for adult and pediatric patients in a primarily suburban community. Physicians and staff share a close-knit, stable work environment, as well as strong rapport with local specialists. Olympia retains a small-town feel, but is the state capitol and has the resources, conveniences, and cultural diversity of a larger metropolitan area. Skiing, snowboarding, and hiking are popular activities, with Mt. Rainier and Olympic National Parks and the Washington Coast nearby outdoor attractions. Larger cities including Seattle, Tacoma and Portland are easily accessible.

• 32 patient contact hours

• Flexible work schedule

• Annual base salary of $230,000 for 0.8 FTE, prorated based on FTE

• Future partnership opportunity, after 2 year ramp-up period

• Call is 1 in 6, outpatient only
