This position coordinates daily routing and logistics activities while ensuring safe, efficient movement of products and services to customers. In addition, the role supports used oil processing and burner fuel blending activities that contribute to operational success and customer satisfaction. Driving responsibilities are performed as needed to support route coverage, operational demands, and service commitments. Rooted in Our Values, this role helps build strong customer relationships, supports safe operations, and contributes to making tomorrow a little bit better than today.Coordinate daily routing, scheduling, and transportation activities to support customer and operational needsCommunicate with customers, drivers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely pickup and delivery of productsPrepare and maintain bills of lading, shipping documentation, manifests, and transportation recordsRespond to driver inquiries and provide support regarding deliveries, schedules, and operational concernsMonitor transportation schedules and assist with efficient utilization of equipment, trailers, and resourcesReview shipment documentation, purchase orders, and product information for accuracy prior to releaseMaintain effective communication across departments to support daily operational successPump, transfer, blend, and manage used oil products for burner fuel production and customer deliveryMonitor tank levels and maintain accurate inventory records for used oil and finished productsOperate pumps, valves, hoses, and related equipment safely and efficientlyAssist with loading and unloading products, waste streams, and transportation equipmentFollow all environmental, safety, operational, and regulatory requirements related to used oil handling and processingConduct routine inspections of equipment and promptly communicate maintenance or safety concernsMaintain cleanliness and organization of tank farm, processing, and operational work areasOperate commercial vehicles as needed to support customer deliveries, collections, and route coverageComplete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain required DOT documentationBuild positive relationships with customers through professional, responsive, and reliable serviceEnsure deliveries and collections are completed safely, accurately, and on timeMaintain accurate logs, records, and operational documentationPerform other duties and special projects as assignedEducation:High School Diploma or GED required.Preferred Experience and/or Training:Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, warehouse operations, driver operations, environmental services, or a related fieldLicenses/Certificates:Valid driver's license with acceptable driving recordKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Knowledge of transportation, logistics, and dispatch operationsStrong organizational and time management skillsEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and collaboratively with teammates across multiple functionsBasic computer proficiency and experience working with transportation or inventory systemsCommitment to safety, customer service, and operational excellenceCurrent Class A or Class B CDL with applicable endorsementsValid DOT medical certificationExperience with tank farm operations, used oil processing, or environmental servicesKnowledge of DOT regulations and transportation compliance requirementsExperience with dispatching, routing, or transportation coordinationExperience operating pumps, valves, transfer systems, or bulk liquid handling equipmentExperience working in a manufacturing, transportation, petroleum, or environmental services environmentPhysical, Mental, Environmental Demands:Ability to frequently enter and exit commercial vehicles and operational equipmentAbility to lift up to 75 pounds and push or pull containers weighing up to 600 pounds with appropriate equipmentFrequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, reaching, and working around industrial equipmentAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishAbility to analyze information, prioritize work, solve problems, and make sound decisionsAbility to maintain focus and accuracy while managing multiple responsibilitiesExposure to outdoor weather conditions, moving equipment, industrial environments, and moderate to high noise levelsUse of personal protective equipment required in designated operational areaThe anticipated hiring range for the role you are applying for is between $25 and $30 hourly.
