As a trusted partner in delivering fruit, vegetable, herb, and grain-based ingredient solutions to companies around the globe, we’re striving to build a values-aligned workforce that embodies humility, integrity, passion, and excellence.**What You’ll Do*** Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to pull, pick, pile, and ship finished goods within the warehouse.* Load and unload products from trucks, trailers, and containers while verifying accuracy of inventory and documentation.* Prepare and organize shipping paperwork, including pick tickets, manifests, and labels.* Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.* Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment and support overall material flow.* Ship products using preferred carriers and support additional warehouse tasks as needed.**What You’ll Bring*** High school diploma or GED with two or more years of related warehouse or forklift experience preferred.* Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.* Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to follow instructions.* Basic computer skills, including experience with scanners and shipment portals.* Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperature environments.**What You Can Look Forward To*** Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.* Paid holidays and vacation.* Tuition assistance and 401(k) with company match.* First-shift schedule, Monday–Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm.* A hands-on role supporting warehouse operations within a growing organization.**Physical & Work Environment Requirements*** Regular lifting, carrying, and handling of materials up to 50 pounds.* Frequent standing, walking, and operation of forklifts and warehouse equipment.* Ability to work in varying temperature conditions within a warehouse environment.* The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.**Disclaimer*****The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
