Key Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and care for patients with breathing disorders and cardiopulmonary conditions
• Administer respiratory therapy treatments including aerosol medications, oxygen therapy, and mechanical ventilation
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to therapy and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Perform diagnostic tests such as pulmonary function tests and arterial blood gas analysis
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and treatments

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the NBRC
• Active and unrestricted Respiratory Therapist license in the state of Washington
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work day shift in an onsite clinical setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in an acute care or hospital setting
• Experience with mechanical ventilation and critical care respiratory support
• ACLS certification
