Senior Project Engineer

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will take on meaningful infrastructure work while supporting project delivery and guiding junior staff. You will work alongside colleagues who value your input and rely on your technical judgment. You will be part of a team where people know you, support you, and trust you to do good work.

In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers and senior staff to develop solutions, guide junior team members, and help move projects forward from concept through construction. You will take on increasing responsibility in both technical work and project coordination, contributing to work that supports the communities we live and serve.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Support the planning, design, and delivery of infrastructure projects, taking the lead on key tasks or project components
• Work with Project Managers to coordinate with clients, agencies, and project partners while helping keep projects on track
• Prepare and review plans, reports, and technical documents, and contribute to scopes, budgets, and schedules
• Guide junior staff and field team members, applying sound judgment to solve engineering challenges
• Stay involved through construction, including site visits and coordination

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and six or more years of relevant experience
• Professional Engineer license, or ability to obtain within six months
• Strong understanding of civil and environmental engineering principles
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks across projects
• Clear communicator with a collaborative approach
• Familiarity with Bluebeam or similar tools, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
