We're looking for a Franchise Business Consultant who is passionate about helping entrepreneurs build exceptional businesses. You'll work directly with franchise owners to improve revenue, profitability, leadership, and operational execution. This isn't a customer service role, it's an opportunity to coach business owners, solve problems, and make a measurable impact on the growth of a national franchise brand. What You'll Do Coach franchise owners to improve revenue, profitability, and overall business performance. Analyze KPIs, financial statements, sales metrics, and operational reports to identify growth opportunities. Conduct regular business reviews and develop action plans that drive measurable results. Travel to franchise locations to provide in-field coaching and operational support. Lead virtual coaching meetings and follow-up accountability sessions. Assist with onboarding and launching new franchise locations. Deliver training on Honest Abe systems, processes, and best practices. Partner with marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams to help franchisees succeed. Identify operational challenges before they become business problems. Build trusted relationships while maintaining accountability to company standards. What Success Looks Like Success isn't measured by how many questions you answer. Success is measured by helping franchise owners: Increase revenue Improve profitability Grow average ticket size Build stronger teams Improve operational execution Follow proven systems Achieve long-term business success What We're Looking For Experience coaching, consulting, or leading multiple business locations. Strong business and financial acumen. Confidence leading difficult conversations with business owners. Excellent communication and presentation skills. The ability to influence without direct authority. Strong organizational and follow-through skills. A passion for continuous improvement. Franchise experience is a plus, but not required. Experience in multi-unit operations, business consulting, coaching, retail, home services, hospitality, or other operational leadership roles is highly valued. Travel This is a field-based leadership position. Regular travel to franchise locations throughout the United States is required. You'll also spend time collaborating with our corporate leadership team and participating in company meetings and training events.
