Associate Director, Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Manage direct and indirect maintenance staff involved in equipment scheduling and facility system improvement
• Plan, budget, and oversee facility modifications including cost estimation and RFP management
• Develop maintenance strategy covering preventative maintenance, lifecycle management, and work order systems
• Oversee site expansion projects with Project Engineering to meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements
• Ensure facility compliance with cGMP, regulatory, environmental, health, and security standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
• 10+ years maintenance experience with 5+ years in facilities management or project management
• 7+ years leading project management initiatives
• 5+ years pharmaceutical or medical device industry experience preferred
