Supervisor Responsibilities: Provideon-site leadership and supervisionfor all assigned security personnel. Serve as theprimary liaisonbetween M1 Global and client facility management. Train and supervise staff on: Emergency response procedures Evacuation protocols Hazmat guidelines Fire safety measures Injury and incident reporting processes Ensure full compliance withM1 Global’s internal policies, protocols, and performance standards. Conduct site inspections and document risk conditions, incidents, and safety concerns. Report findings to both client and Metro One leadership in a timely, professional manner. Support the performance ofemergency initiatives, incident response, and operational readiness. Manage allsecurity-related equipment and patrol vehicles, ensuring proper use and maintenance. Fosterproductive, collaborative relationshipswith client stakeholders and internal teams. Implement and maintain effective communication protocols to ensure seamless coordination. Qualifications and Requirements: Supervisory experiencemanaging uniform security staff is required. Background insecurity or safety operationswithin logistics, fulfillment, or industrial settings preferred. Prior experience in thesecurity industry, military, or law enforcementis required. Strong knowledge of emergency procedures, safety standards, and personnel training. Must successfully complete allpre-employment screeningsand meet local licensing requirements. Why M1 Global?
