Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of mental health conditions, ensuring a thorough understanding of each client's challenges and creating personalized treatment plans that promote recovery and well-being.

• Engage collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and wellness coaches, to provide holistic care to clients.

• Document client interactions and progress accurately and timely in our electronic health record system, adhering to privacy regulations and ensuring continuity of care.

• Remain informed about the latest research and trends in mental health counseling, integrating new knowledge into practice for continual improvement of therapy outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our mental health counselors work with a diverse range of populations, including adults, families, and adolescents facing various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent is necessary to practice in Washington State.

• Demonstrable experience working with a variety of client demographics and effectively addressing a wide range of mental health concerns.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport quickly and nurture trusting relationships.

• A commitment to working independently, along with being a proactive team player within a collaborative environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in remote counseling or teletherapy is favorable but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with digital treatment modalities and evidence-based tools is a plus.

• Experience in crisis intervention and management will be advantageous.
