D.L.K. Enterprises is seeking an experienced carpenter/Lead/Assistant to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations. This is your opportunity to start a career opportunity with a great family-owned company!
Responsibilities:- Help Manage job site strategies in the remodeling and building of both single and multi-family homes in Whitewater, WI
- Read and interpret blue prints where required to be used
- Implement building tactics to increase efficiencies of a job site
- Provide daily operations oversight for small teams as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous Lead or Assistant Carpenter, Self-employed included
- Strong project management skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Planning with others and implementing your own effective building strategies
- Display a knowledge of current building code requirements
- Familiar with all aspects of rough and finish carpentry, including, but not limited to, construction of walls, roof and floor truss systems, previous roofing experience helpful. Installation of windows, siding, proper weatherization techniques and Finish carpentry including installation knowledge of LVP and or hardwood flooring, hanging of doors, cabinets and trim.
