Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiting Specialist based in Carteret, NJ. The Recruiting Specialist will oversee end-to-end recruiting processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with managers to fulfill hiring needs. Responsibilities also include training newly hired employees, facilitating onboarding processes, maintaining a diverse talent pipeline, and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and requirements.
