Join Our Team as a Local CDL A Flatbed Driver - Lake Bluff, IL

As a  Local CDL A Flatbed Driver , you will transport products on 48'-53' flatbed and  tandem flatbed trucks with  manual transmissions , perform  strapping and securing loads , and make 5–10 stops per day . You will be home for dinner and family events, with limited unloading (customers unload), and will support the warehouse during downtime (~20% of the day ), with occasional overtime.  with  competitive pay, great benefits, and room to advance .

Compensation

• $30.00–$32.00/hr (based on experience)
• Overtime: paid after 40 hours

What You’ll do

• Drive  flatbed loads (manual transmission required)
• Strap and secure loads
• Complete 5–10 stops/day
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Support warehouse tasks during downtime (~20%)
• Assist loading with  forklift (experience a plus; training available)

Schedule

• Hourly commitment:  Monday–Friday
• Shifts: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM (or until done)
• Some overtime: 2–5+ hours/week

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year as a CDL A driver
• At least 3 months flatbed experience
• Valid  CDL A ;  no restrictions
• No felonies in past 7 years (case-by-case thereafter)
• No more than 2 moving violations in 3 years
