Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in Byram, NJ. The ideal candidate should have outpatient experience, but we are open to new graduates and first-time travelers. This position guarantees 36 hours, with the expectation of working up to 40 hours a week. Overtime must be approved by the director prior to working any additional hours. The position requires floating to other clinics as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions and track patient progress.
• Manage a caseload averaging 12-14 patients per day.
• Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
• Double book follow-up visits as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Physical Therapist License in the state of New Jersey.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• New grads and first-time travelers are welcome to apply.
