Warehouse And Delivery Position

Job Summary

This is a hands-on position responsible for warehouse operations, material handling, deliveries, and related customer support functions.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Warehouse Duties:

• Unload deliveries and inspect materials for damage, accuracy (style, color, quantity), and quality.
• Store, restock, and stage materials for jobs.
• Marks materials with identifying information
• Records and checks quantity and quality of goods received.
• Identify and report damaged goods to the appropriate department lead.
• Communicate with field staff/customers and coordinate with team members regarding delivery schedules and requirements.
• Perform general warehouse duties as required by management.

Delivery Duties:

• Operate delivery vehicles safely and in accordance with traffic regulations.
• Transport products to designated locations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Requirements

Education, Experience & Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to follow instructions and work under general supervision.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Basic math skills required to accurately count, verify, and reconcile inventory and shipments
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to meet attendance requirements.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Skilled in using a forklift, preferred verifiable forklift certification.

• Able to work in extreme temperatures.
• Able to work in areas with high activity and noise levels
• Must possess the ability to stand for long periods of time; to reach with hands and arms; to move among and between offices; to handle mail and documents; to sit, stoop, kneel and crouch; to lift and move up to 50+ pounds; to see well enough to discern differences in quality of documents and files.

• Standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters, tape dispensers, and forklifts.
