Medical Account Specialists - Hematology - Alabama/Louisiana

Responsibilities Engage oncology experts and key oncology customers within the assigned geography; deliver clinically focused selling messages to support launch of a bispecific agent for multiple myeloma. Facilitate partnerships with collaboration partners (Regional Director, territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, Reimbursement Specialists) to resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives. Develop strong working relationships with designated accounts and specialists. Execute market profiling to understand regional/local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems. Identify business opportunities and coordinate efforts within the Regeneron Oncology account team (e.g., contracting pull-through). Build breadth of relationships within each account to understand account objectives, goals, and challenges; identify approved Regeneron Oncology resources aligned to customer needs. Demonstrate dedication to compliance by understanding regulations/policies governing customer interactions and ensuring adherence. Qualifications Proven advanced clinically based and account-based selling skills. Success in complex markets with diverse customer segments while maintaining high integrity within compliance guidelines. Results-oriented; track record of success with product launches. Strong account management plus analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills. Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree or advanced certifications a plus. Minimum 5 years successful experience in oncology sales (hematology oncology preferred). Buy-and-bill experience with biologics required. Minimum 3 years experience working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in group practices/academic hospitals/key institutions. Current experience managing large oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks. Strong understanding of hematology oncology and the current oncology marketplace.
