St. Joseph’s Health is seeking a part-time Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN to join our well established Women’s Health Specialists practice in Auburn, NY. Position Details: Office Hours: Part-time schedule within the hours of Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Hospital Call: One 24-hour shifts per month with a post call day off — huge work life balance advantage Office Call: Shared rotational call (telephone call only) Access to robotics, advanced minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, and full gynecologic surgical support Opportunity Highlights: Primary outpatient practice location: 615 N Seward Ave, Auburn, NY 13021 Level III NICU at St. Joseph’s Hospital Level III Ultrasound services, strong MFM Physician support and midwifery support (inpatient, full scope midwifery, and laborist coverage) Supportive leadership that prioritizes sustainability and provider well being Deliver in Syracuse but practice locally in Auburn — ideal for providers who want to live and work in the community they serve System volume: 1,600 deliveries annually Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Interest in practicing a full mix of obstetrics and gynecology Excellent clinical and communication skills Strong commitment to collaborative, patient centered care New and recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply Recruitment Package: Compensation: $325,000 – $350,000 per year (prorated for part time hours) Additional Shift Compensation $50,000 starting bonus (prorated for part time hours) $50,000 Early Sign-On Annual Residency Stipend Available! Earn $50,000 per year throughout the remainder of your Residency from the year of signature. $25,000 retention bonus at beginning of year 2 $25,000 retention bonus at beginning of year 3 The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, quality incentives, extra shifts, or other cash compensation.
