Position Overview Fox Creek Veterinary Hospital is hiring a Medical Director to lead our Manchester location, guiding clinical excellence while providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care to companion animals, including cats and dogs. Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $175,000–$258,000 total earning potential (ProSal with no negative accrual) Bonus: up to $50,000 Annual Medical Director Stipend Schedule: Full‑time with flexible options. Choose from 6‑hour or 12‑hour shifts (8am–2pm, 2pm–8pm, or 8am–8pm). No on‑call or after‑hours responsibilities. Hours of operation: Monday–Sunday, 8am–8pm. Support & Leadership Strong tech‑to‑doctor ratio. Highly trained support staff to maximize efficiency and allow you to focus on medicine. Collaborative, supportive team.
