Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Reconstruction Project Manager, based in Oklahoma City, OK. The Reconstruction Project Manager will oversee construction projects from initiating the loss, estimating in Xactimate, initial planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Daily responsibilities include coordinating logistics, performing detailed inspections on project progress, managing time-sensitive scheduling, and streamlining communications between clients, vendors, and subcontractors to meet project objectives. Qualifications Project Management skills, including planning, resource allocation, and team coordination Heavily Experienced in Project Estimating using Xactimate Ability to use technology as needed for industry standards Inspection skills for monitoring project progress and quality assurance Management skills to organize and oversee materials, processes, and personnel Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in the restoration construction is a must Valid driver's license and reliable transportation #J-18808-Ljbffr SERVPRO of North and Southwest Oklahoma City
