Advanced Practice Pharmacist — Rural 340B Clinic Resource

JobRx, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Practice Pharmacist for Elk Ridge Community Health in Grand Canyon National Park. This position allows for clinical autonomy while serving an underserved population. Responsibilities include comprehensive medication management, patient education, and collaboration with care teams. Qualifications include a PharmD, active Arizona Pharmacist License, and preferred experience of 3-5 years in pharmacy.
