The ideal candidate will share our commitment to quality healthcare and exceptional patient service.In an effort to maintain safety and best practices for our clinicians and patients via telemedicine. We do not currently treat substance use disorders, and we make every effort to refer out to an in-person provider when symptoms arise that are too severe to be treated via telemedicine only***Collaborators must have an active TX license and a DEACompensation:Once the NP starts seeing patients, compensation to the collaborating physician will be $800 per month, per NPKey ResponsibilitiesWork remotely to provide clinical supervision to our employed Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners. Conduct quarterly QA with each NP. Availability via text/email to answer questions is required M-F during business hours, with a response within the same business day.Chart/Progress note review as required by state laws and governing bodiesProvider may request additional supervision of the NP based on clinical need or complexity of NP practiceCompletion of a short 1-page Google Document after monthly supervision for each collaborating NPStay knowledgeable of company policies and program guidelinesComplete annual training as required by the HR departmentRequirements:MD/DO in PsychiatryActive and Unrestricted Licenses and DES in TX3+ years of practice experience (or 1+ year if board-certified or hospital-based)A minimum of 2 years of experience supervising residents or mid-levelsMust be willing to take a minimum of 4 NP’sNo malpractice payout, licensure disciplinary action, or criminal/professional investigations in the last 5 yearsYou must have a compact license or be willing to get one or be licensed in multiple states.BenefitsFully remote with limited travel in the stateFlexible scheduling based on your availabilityExtremely competitive compensation and benefits packageProfessional development & advancement opportunities!Successful Thriveworks employees believe in our mission to help people live happy, healthy lives.
