We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Therapist to join our team on a full-time, day-shift schedule. Position Overview As a Therapist, you will provide high-quality, child-centered therapeutic services to children and their families. You will work closely with caregivers and members of the multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment goals, provide evidence-based interventions, monitor progress, and help children build the skills they need to succeed at home, in school, and in their communities. Key Responsibilities Provide individual and/or group therapy services to children based on their assessed needs and treatment plans. Complete appropriate evaluations, assessments, and clinical documentation. Develop and implement individualized treatment goals and interventions. Monitor and document each child's progress toward established goals. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals as appropriate. Educate families and caregivers on strategies that can support continued progress outside of therapy sessions. Participate in treatment planning and multidisciplinary team meetings. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical records. Follow all applicable professional, ethical, privacy, and safety standards. Establish positive, trusting relationships with children and families. Create an engaging, supportive, and developmentally appropriate therapeutic environment. Communicate effectively with team members regarding patient needs, progress, and concerns. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Perform other duties related to the role as assigned. Qualifications Master's degree or appropriate graduate-level degree in the relevant therapy discipline. Current Ohio licensure or eligibility for applicable Ohio licensure. Experience working with children preferred. Experience in a pediatric, behavioral health, developmental, outpatient, or related setting is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to establish rapport with children and families. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong organizational and documentation skills.
