Movement for Life Physical Therapy is growing and hiring a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedics position in Cathedral City, California. Full-time is preferred, and part-time and PRN candidates will also be considered. A full-time Clinic Director opportunity is also available for qualified candidates. New graduate PTs are welcome and will receive full mentorship support.

About the Role

You will treat a variety of orthopedic diagnoses including sports, pre and post-operative patients, and individuals across a range of fitness levels seeking conditioning and injury prevention support. The clinic is primarily general orthopedics with specialty areas in Blood Flow Restriction, Concussion, and Vestibular rehabilitation. Manual therapy skills are valued, and support for specialty niche development is available. Clinic Directors perform a blend of direct patient care and managerial responsibilities, with access to a dedicated Clinic Director Training Program.

Schedule

The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm with no weekends and no holidays. Flexible scheduling is available based on the needs of the clinician and the clinic, with the option to work four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts per week.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for a full-time staff-level position is $80,000 to $110,000 per year based on experience and specialty certifications. The Clinic Director salary range is $90,000 to $200,000 and is negotiable. Qualifications

A Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent standing is required. Candidates must be eligible for California state licensure as a Physical Therapist. No prior experience is required for the staff-level role, and new graduate PTs are welcome. Prior experience is required for the Clinic Director role. Full-time candidates are preferred, and part-time candidates will also be considered. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States without restriction.
