Within Marketing, the Brand and Creative team is charged with being the creators and keepers of the company’s voice and visual identity. In Brand and Creative, the video team creates video assets for all marketing uses from advertising to social to our websites. We have a constantly growing demand for high-quality video to showcase our luxury brand, and we’re looking to grow the team to support that. The Sr. Video Production Manager will play a critical role in creating video content for Toll Brothers. This exciting opportunity allows the ideal candidate to manage all aspects of our video process, from pre- to post-production, and will help to drive our video content strategy forward. With a key focus on content, you’ll create exceptional and compelling video, help push and elevate our video standards, and work with our talented Brand and Creative team to elevate all aspects of luxury brand video content. This role will not only lead the end-to-end creation process, from storyboarding and directing vendors, occasionally shooting content, and establishing our standards for all components of video. What are the primary responsibilities? Create a high volume of innovative and engaging video content that reflects the luxury of our products. Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm and develop concepts for video projects. Translate ideas into actionable plans and manage each project through to successful delivery. Help identify and manage external video partners across regions, ensuring all captured content and deliverables meet our brand and quality standards and our creative vision. Regularly take a hands-on role of editing this externally produced content into cohesive, engaging narratives that reflect the brand. Lead productions of all sizes, from independently creating high-quality content on smaller in-house shoots to validating and managing outsourced resources for larger productions. Develop shot lists, storyboards, schedules, and resource plans to ensure efficient execution and consistently exceptional results. Work with designers to create brand-appropriate motion and motion graphics content. Develop, implement, and manage efficient workflows for video production processes, ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery. Identify opportunities for process optimization, skill enhancement, and possible AI solutions to improve overall team capabilities. Establish, manage, and maintain visual styles and best practices guidelines for video production, including file management, version control, and quality assurance. Mentor team members. A confident and passionate creative leader who enjoys working across every stage of the video process A strong understanding of storyboarding, directing, editing, lighting, sound, camera operations, and motion graphics An ownership focused mindset with the initiative to identify priorities, solve problems, and move projects forward Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously An obsessive eye for detail, visual quality, and the nuances of creating content for a luxury brand A comprehensive understanding of videography principles, including composition, lighting, pacing, timing, and visual storytelling A supportive manager who can provide clear creative direction, elevate the skills of colleagues, and maintain high standards across the team Do you have these qualifications? Preferred 7+ years video production experience with an in-house design team or agency environment Proven experience in video production, with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in editing, shooting, and motion graphics Expert abilities with Adobe Creative Suite Work in office 3-days per week. Additional in office days may vary per Division/Department.
